HATER VIDEO SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or claim prize. The Hater Video Sweepstakes 
(the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age, 
except employees of Eleven Seven Music (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, 
franchises, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families 
or household members of each.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state 
and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

How to enter: To enter, send your music video for Everclear’s “Hater” (song available at 
http://www.myspace.com/everclear) to everclear_video@yahoo.com along with the show you 
would like to attend.  To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, online entries must be received 
no later than three (3) days before the show which you have requested to attend in your 
email (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  Only one (1) entry per person/email address; entries 
with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a 
single individual will be disqualified. All entries and requests become the property of 
Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the 
identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail 
account.  

Prize: One (1) grand prize winner per show will receive two (2) tickets and meet and greet 
passes to ‘The Drama Club College Tour’ show specified in their entry email along with 
one (1) copy of Everclear’s Welcome to the Drama Club and one (1) copy of Jonny Lives!’ 
Get Steady EP.  (Approximate retail value of grand prize: $95.) Grand prize winner will be 
responsible for all expenses not specifically included herein.  Winners are responsible for 
all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution 
by winner or cash equivalent is allowed.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes for 
ones of equal or greater value. 

Selection of winner: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about two (2) days 
before the show which entrant specified in their entry email (from among all eligible entries 
submitted during the Sweepstakes Period) conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions 
are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by E-mail 
within twenty-four (24) hours after the random drawing, and will be given instructions on how to 
claim prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability 
release (and, where permitted, a publicity release) within twenty-four (24) hours of notification 
or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grand prize winner’s companion must 
also execute a liability/publicity release. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries 
received. 

Release of Liability: By participating, you release Sponsor and their subsidiaries, affiliates, 
partners, employees, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies, from any and against 
any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the 
Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you release 
Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees and agents, and all others 
associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any such liability and agree 
that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, 
expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize.

Additional Rules:  Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or 
entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. No mechanically reproduced 
entries are eligible.  Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible 
entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft 
or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, 
telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate 
transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or 
traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or 
damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the 
Sweepstakes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, 
including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which 
are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  Failure to comply with these official 
rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently 
disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official 
rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a 
computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to 
select winners from among all entries received.  Sponsors are not responsible for any prize lost or damaged 
in transit. Entry constitutes consent to the use of prize winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness 
without compensation for promotion purposes.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, 
DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, 
IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND 
DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
